This site is a one-person project run by Chris. The only information it collects is what you hand over on purpose — your name and email, if you choose to. That's it. No tracking, no resale, no surprises.
If you join the waitlist or send a message, you're giving me your name and/or email so I can reply or send build updates. I don't track your browsing, I don't run advertising, and I never sell or share what you give me. If you want it deleted, ask and it's gone.
That's the complete list. There's no account to create, no profile being built, nothing collected silently in the background.
I use your email to reply to you or to send the updates you asked for. I use the contents of a message to understand what you need and respond. I don't do anything else with it.
Form submissions — contact messages, waitlist sign-ups, and shop-notify sign-ups — are processed by FormSubmit, which delivers them to me by email. This site keeps no database of its own; nothing you submit is stored on the site. See FormSubmit's privacy policy for how they handle it in transit. The site is hosted on Hostinger.
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it entirely — and I'll do it. The simplest way is to email me directly.
This site doesn't set tracking cookies. Submitting a form briefly hands you to FormSubmit to process the message, which may set its own cookies on its domain during that step; UpLate Garage sets none, and captcha is turned off so no captcha cookies are involved.
